Snap prescription (RX) and fill in necessary details in app
DELIVER TO DOORSTEP
Delivery Options: 3 hours(within Klang Valley) or normal delivery within 3 business days (nationwide)
Step 1 : Download Doctor2U App – Select ‘Medication Delivery’
Step 2 : Select Self Pick-up or Delivery
Step 3 : Register & Upload Eligible Prescription
Step 4 : Verify Order & Complete Payment
Choose ‘MEDICATION DELIVERY‘ on the home screen of the app
You may choose ‘Pick-Up‘ or ‘Delivery‘
If you choose ‘Pick-Up’, a drop down list of BP & Lovy Pharmacy outlets will appear
If you choose ‘Delivery’, your medication will be delivered within 3 business days
Snap a picture of your ‘Rx’ Prescription and fill in the necessary details
Pharmacists from Lovy Pharmacy will process and verify your order and if all details are valid, you can make payment through Doctor2U app
Your medicine will be delivered to your doorstep or pick-up location

*Please present the original hard copy of your prescription and your valid IC / Passport to the delivery personnel or the pharmacist at the pick up location.
