Live Chat is a feature in the Doctor2U app that allows you to chat with a doctor for free. With the Live Chat feature, you can consult an experienced doctor from BP Healthcare Group regarding any medical inquiries. There is also an option to take photos or upload images to help the doctor better understand your condition or inquiries. If you determine that your condition is serious, you can request a doctor through the app with the push of a button.

Doctor house call is an individualized in-house service which allows user to request a doctor to the place of their convenience. Everyone can now dial for a doctor anytime, even after hours and a the doctor will arrive at your place within 60 minutes. This service help save your time and stress on the road to the doctor or long waiting hours for your appointment with other sick individuals.

Get your medicines delivered to your doorstep or pick up at any BP or Lovy Pharmacy outlet nationwide. We are making it faster and easier than ever to get your medications: just snap a picture of your prescription (Rx) to submit to our pharmacists and pay via Doctor2U App.

Video consultation is a feature that enables you to connect to our Doctors anytime, anywhere. This service allows one to have immediate access to a Doctor, and help reduce chance of catching nasty bugs from doctor waiting rooms.
