Doctor2U Video Consultation feature allows our healthcare professionals to provide focused care – without you having to leave your home. With video call, they can look, listen, examine and engage with you to diagnose your issues and provide an effective treatment plan. They can also issue prescriptions when medication is required.
Doctors use two main skills to diagnose most common medical conditions: looking and listening. Through Doctor2U Video Consultation, each provider will determine if a focused or more comprehensive medical history needs to be performed. Our Doctors will also perform a remote physical examination to ensure that your visit achieves the same level of quality as an in-person visit. Many of the most common illnesses cases can actually be treated by Video Visit, but our Doctors may recommend that you see a Medical Doctor in person if he or she feels that is in your best interest. In these cases, you can request a Doctor to your doorstep using Doctor2U’s House Call feature. If a prescription is needed, our Doctor can provide the prescription to our pharmacy partner Lovy Pharmacy, and have your medication delivered right to your doorstep.
Video consultation allows the healthcare experts to examine your symptoms and ask any questions without you ever having to leave your home. It also reduces waiting time to see a healthcare expert, and eliminates the possibility of getting sick from other patients in the waiting room.

We have a large team of well qualified and certified healthcare professionals who have experiences in various specialties. All of our healthcare professionals are fully registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and must have at least 3 years’ prior experience.
This Video Consultation feature is available worldwide. As long as you are connected to our app via the Internet, you are good to go! The payment will be in Malaysia Ringgit and there are various payment methods to choose from such as Alipay, WeChat Pay, FPX, Visa and many more.
During the last minute of your 15-minute consultation, you will receive a pop-up asking if you would like to extend the consultation. If you accept, the consultation will be extended for another 15 minutes.
Yes. Our latest version of the Video Consultation allows you to make appointment bookings. You may now schedule an appointment with your chosen healthcare professional at your desired time and date.
Most of the diagnoses are reached through good and thorough history. If an examination is needed, a doctor could be called to the house through Doctor2U House Call feature or a referral letter could be made available to the patient.
Currently, according to the laws of Malaysia, medical certificates can only be issued by doctors via a physical consultation.

The doctor that attended you will issue an e-prescription to our pharmacy partner – Lovy Pharmacy. Once your prescription is approved, you will be able to see all the details of your medication and you may easily pay the transaction via online banking, credit-debit card or Paypal.
